The halogen element sits sealed inside a quartz tube, tough enough to handle rapid heating and cooling without cracking. Inside, a reflective coating pushes infrared energy forward, so more of it reaches your target. And the R7s connector? It’s a straight, double-ended design that makes the lamp a straightforward drop-in replacement. Wire it up and you’re good. Where it shines—and what to keep in mind. Use it for spot heating near workstations, curing zones, or process enclosures where fast response matters. Infrared hits surfaces directly, not the air, so temperatures recover quickly. One thing to plan for: at 2500W and 400V, it needs proper circuit protection, and you’ll want enough cooling around the tube to keep nearby components from getting too hot.
