We use heavy-duty filaments that can take that beating without snapping. This gives you a lot of breathing room. Maybe you can shorten your oven length or push your cycle speed a bit further. Plus, we use industrial-grade connectors. They stay put, even when the machine is vibrating 24/7. A quick word of caution Here’s the thing: when you push this much radiant energy into a tube, things get hot. Really hot. If your cooling blowers aren’t up to the task, you might start overheating your machine frames or the sockets themselves. You’ve got to find the right balance between the lamp’s wattage and your airflow. If you don’t, you’re just asking for a premature burnout. The easy swap We didn’t want you to have to spend a weekend rewiring your racks or messing with lamp holders. These are direct replacements. You pull the old tubes out, slide ours in, and wire them up.
